Mobile conference center for the desert
Planning a mobile conference center on wheels is undoubtedly a challenge and at the same time an impressive example of the creativity and innovative strength of the designers and engineers at ACTION MOBIL.
The suggestion for this came from event companies from the United Emirates. It highlights the innovative thinking of these companies. They are known for their focus on luxury and exclusivity as well as their willingness to invest in exceptional projects. Such companies demonstrate that they are willing to rethink traditional approaches to create unique and remarkable event experiences.
A mobile conference center allows event organizers to be independent of fixed venues, which is particularly advantageous in regions without sufficient event facilities. In addition, events in remote desert landscapes should not only serve as a place for meetings, but also as a creative space for strategic planning, decision-making and team building. The remoteness of a desert landscape ensures that confidential information and decisions remain protected. The risk of unwanted listeners or information leaks is minimized.
The use of modular units built on robust MAN chassis type KAT 1/A1 ensures extensive flexibility. This modularity makes it possible to create different units for conference rooms, relaxation areas or catering spaces.
A central terminal, in the style of traditional Arabic tents, to which the various mobile units are docked, serves as a communication center. At the same time, the placement of supply units for electricity and water supply outside of the main event enables the events to take place without disruption.
Artistic studies for the design of the various modules

The floor plans are designed to respect the principles of privacy in Arabic culture while promoting guests' comfort and sense of community. The division into separate areas creates a balance between personal intimacy and social interaction and thus contributes to a positive and respectful atmosphere in the mobile conference center.
A notable architectural detail is the artistic study for a drinking fountain. This element gains importance as it not only fulfills a functional role but also reflects deep cultural and religious connections in the Arab region.
Symbolic elements such as lettering from the Koran or calligraphic works of art could flow into the design and create a connection to the religious meaning of the washing ritual.
